• Respecting Safe Distances throughout our spacious resorts:

  • Spacious resorts and terraces so that you can enjoy the great outdoors
  • Extended restaurant opening times and distance from tables
  • Digital services set up so that you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive and to limit queues
  • Markings at the ground in all waiting areas to respect safety distances

• More Thorough and Frequent Cleaning

• Even deeper and more frequent cleaning throughout the resort.

  • Thorough cleaning of rooms, sports equipment, common areas and childcare facilities.
  • Disinfection of sports equipment after each use.
  • Thorough disinfection of contact areas (lifts, door handles, counters, etc.)

• Reinforced Safety Measures

• Safety measures in place throughout the resort.

  • Wearing a mask is required by all of our teams and our customers in indoor spaces. For outdoor spaces, wearing a mask will also be compulsory where social distancing cannot be respected. Signage will be in place to indicate the areas concerned. The minimum age for wearing the mask will depend on local regulations.
  • A manager "responsible for Covid-19" in each Resort and training of all our teams in health protocols
  • Adapted children's clubs and evening entertainment
  • Secure arrival at reception: floor markings, masks, hydroalcoholic solution, etc.

  • Doctor or nurse available 7 days a week
  • Temperature checks available on request in all Resorts (*compulsory in certain regions or in accordance with local legislation)
  • Special protocols have been created in case there are any suspected cases of Covid-19 in any of our Resorts
  • To better protect our guests, testing or vaccination campaigns are regularly offered to our teams
  • Possibility of performing antigen and PCR tests if necessary for return to all our Resorts (either directly on site or in a nearby laboratory, *cost at your expense)
