NEW LOYALTY PROGRAM: CLUB MED GREAT MEMBERS

Club Med Great Members* is Club Med’s new global loyalty program, which aims to reward our most loyal customers for their trust in Club Med year after year. Thanks to the program we hope to build a unique relationship with each and every one of our members and allow them to make the most of special member benefits.

THREE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OFFERING EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES
It’s a simple concept: the more you holiday with Club Med, the higher your status and the greater the number of exclusive benefits you can enjoy. There are three membership categories: Turquoise, Silver and Gold - which are dependent on either the amount spent or the duration of holidays booked by members of your household over the previous three years. And what is more, the program is free. 

  TURQUOISE GREAT MEMBERS 
WELCOME TO THE CLUB
At Club Med there are always plenty of surprises in store. After your first stay with us you automatically become a Turquoise Great Member, giving you the opportunity to move up to the Silver or Gold categories on future visits. 
  SILVER GREAT MEMBERS
THE BENEFITS OF PRIORITY MEMBERSHIP
• 15% discount at the Club Med Resort Boutiques(1)
• 10% discount on excursions(2). 
  GOLD GREAT MEMBERS
ENJOY AN EVEN MORE EXCLUSIVE SERVICE
This category comprises all the benefits that Silver Great Members enjoy plus additional advantages such as:
• Individual transfer service to 4 and 5∑ Resorts(3).
• Priority check-in at the Resorts.
• Complimentary room upgrade(4).
• Late check-out(5).


(1) Offer applies to all products bearing the Club Med logo at the Resorts. Applies to all products forming part of special offers.

(2) Offer valid for half-day excursions by bus, on sale at the Discovery Excursions Office, or equivalent activity, subject to availability and activities available at Resorts not offering this type of excursion.

(3) Offer only valid for Club Med Packages that include transport.

(4) Depending on the Resorts. Complimentary upgrades will be allocated to you during your stay in the Resort, depending on availability.

(5) This room upgrade is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Resort Manager at the time of your stay. Upgrades also comprise the changing of rooms in the same category.
