CLUB MED: Modification & Cancellation Policy

• Down payment of 30% from the total amount is required at time of booking.
• Settlement of full amount:
  Departure date during the peak season (Christmas, New Year & the first week of January): Settlement of full amount should be done 60 days prior to departure date.
  Departure date out of the peak season: Settlement of full amount should be done 45 days prior to departure date.

Cancellation Fees:
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: €35 per person
• Within 29 to 21 days: 30% of the total amount
• Within 20 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount
• Within 7 to 3 days: 80% of the total amount
• Within the last 3 days: 100% of the total amount

Cancellation fees during the Peak season:
Last 2 weeks of December: Christmas, New Year’s week, and the first week of January for which the following charges will apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: €35 per person
• Within 59 to 30 days: 30% of the total amount
• Within 29 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount
• Within 7 to 3 days: 80% of the total amount
• Within the last 3 days: 100% of the total amount

Modification Fees:
In case of Modification (departure, destination, name...) the following fees will apply:

• Before 30 days from departure date: €35 per person
• Within 29 to 21 days: €100 per person
• Within 20 to 8 days: 30% of the total amount
• Within 7 to 3 days: 80% of the total amount
• Within the last 3 days: 100% of the total amount

Our agency is not responsible for any visa rejection. In this case, the regular Club Med Cancellation Penalty conditions will be applied.
