BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings done prior to 60 days from departure date
- Down Payment of 40% of the total cost is required at time of booking.
- Balance is required 60 days prior to departure date.

Bookings done within 60 days from departure date
- Settlement of the full amount (100%)
The Cruise Ticket will be handed to the client within 15 days from cruise departure
date.

CANCELLATION  POLICY

Cancellation Fees
- In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 90 days before departure date €75 per person
- From 90 up to 51 days be􀁉ore departure: 40% of the total amount
- From 50 up to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
- From 29 up to 20 days before departure: 60% of the total amount
- From 19 up to 3 days before departure: 75% of the total amount
- From 2 up to 1 days before departure: 100% of the total amount
- The departure day: 100% of the total amount

VISA  REJECTION
Our agency is not responsible for any visa rejection. In this case, the regular Croisier Europe Cancellation Penalty conditions will be applied.
