MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

MODIFICATION FEES

• Modifications are permitted up to 30 days before sailing, subject to conditions and applicable penalties.

CANCELLATION FEES

• 121 days: $600 per person.
• 120 - 61 days: 55% of the total amount.
• 60 - 31 days: 80% of the total amount.
• 30 days: 100% of the total amount.

*This Policy is not applicable and not valid for: Promotional Bookings, Group Bookings, Around the World Cruise and its Single Segments.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Azamara Cruises Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done in the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card, or cash)

Bookings done 150 days or more prior to the departure date:

• World Owner's, Ocean, Spa and Continent Suites: $1,200 USD per person.
• Veranda, Ocean view, and Interior Staterooms: $650 USD per person.

Bookings done within 150 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required.
