Bookings done 120 days or more prior to the departure date:

• Down payment of 15% of the guest voyage fare due at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled 120 days prior to the cruise departure date.

Bookings done within 120 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required.

MODIFICATION FEES

• Modifications are permitted up to 30 days before sailing, subject to conditions and applicable penalties.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 120 days prior to sailing: $75/PERSON
• 119 - 56 days: Non-refundable Deposit
• 55 - 30 days: 55%
• 29 - 15 days: 80%
• 14 days or less: 100%

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection.  In this case, the above regular Disney Cruises Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done in the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).
