Bookings made more than 175 days before the cruise departure date:

• Down payment of 30% of the Guest’s Voyage Fare due at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled no less than 175 days prior to the Departure Date for Standard Suites.

Bookings made within 175 days from the departure date for a Standard suite:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required at the time of booking.

MODIFICATION FEES

• Any modifications are generally considered cancellations and are subject to strict policies and potential fees.

CANCELLATION FEES

• 175 days+: $250 per person
• 174 - 145 days: 20% of the total amount.
• 144 - 95 days: 30% of the total amount.
• 94 - 75 days: 55% of the total amount.
• 74 - 35 days: 80% of the total amount.
• 35 days or less: 100% of the total amount.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Four Seasons Yachts Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.
  
  

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).
