Bookings made more than 150 days before the cruise departure date:

• Down payment of 30% of the Guest’s Voyage Fare due at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled no less than 150 days prior to the Departure Date for Standard Suites, and no less than 180 days prior to the Departure Date for Signature Suites.

Bookings made within 153 days from the departure date for a Standard suite or within 183 days from the departure date for a signature suite:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required at the time of booking.

MODIFICATION FEES

• Any modifications are generally considered cancellations and are subject to strict policies and potential fees.

CANCELLATION FEES

• 150 days+ 5% of the total amount.
• 150 - 121 days 17% of the total amount.
• 120 - 91 days 27% of the total amount.
• 90 - 61 days 52% of the total amount.
• 60 - 31 days 77% of the total amount.
• 30 days or less 100% of the total amount.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Four Seasons Yachts Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
