Bookings done 90 days or more prior to the departure date:

• A down payment of USD 300 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Settlement is required 90 days prior to departure date.

Bookings done within 90 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%)

MODIFICATION FEES

• Modifications are permitted up to 30 days before sailing, subject to conditions and applicable penalties.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 75 days prior to sailing: $175/person
• 74 - 60 days: 30% of the total amount.
• 59 - 30 days: 35% of the total amount.
• 29 - 22 days: 50% of the total amount.
• 21 - 15 days: 70% of the total amount.
• 14 - 6 days: 90% of the total amount.
• 5 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular MSC Cruises Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done in the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card, or cash).
