Bookings made more than 90 days before the cruise departure date:

• Down payment of $175 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled 90 days prior to the cruise departure date.
  
  

Bookings made within 90 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required.

MODIFICATION FEES

• Modifications are permitted up to 90 days before sailing. Any changes after are subject to applicable penalties.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 90 days prior to sailing: $50/person
• 89 - 75 days: Non-refundable Deposit
• 74 - 50 days: 30%
• 49 - 29 days: 55%
• 28 - 15 days: 80%
• 14 days or less: 100%

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Norwegian Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
