Bookings made more than 90 days before the cruise departure date:

• Down payment of $220 per person is required at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled 90 days prior to the cruise departure date.

Bookings made within 90 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required.

MODIFICATION FEES

• Modifications are permitted up to 30 days before sailing, subject to conditions and applicable penalties.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 90 days prior to sailing: Non-Refundable Deposit
• 89 - 75 days: 30% of the total amount
• 74 - 61 days: 55% of the total amount
• 60 - 31 days: 80% of the total amount
• 30 days or less: 100% of the total amount.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Royal Caribbean/Celebrity Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN/ CHILDREN & INFANT POLICY

• As the ships are not equipped to help during pregnancy and birth, the expectant women are not permitted to join thecruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.
• Children under the age of 18 can’t travel alone and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• If a minor under the age of 18 is traveling with an adult who isn’t their parent, a notarized consent letter from theabsent parents is required.
• Babies will not be permitted to board if they are less than 6 months old on the first day of the cruise. This minimumage limit goes up to 12 months for transatlantic cruises and for cruises that have more than 3 consecutive days at sea.

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
