Bookings made more than 90 days before the cruise departure date:

• Down payment of 20% of gross fare at the time of booking.
• Final payment must be settled 90 days prior to the cruise departure date.

Bookings made within 90 days from the departure date:

• Settlement of full amount (100%) is required.

MODIFICATIONS FEES

• Any modifications are generally considered cancellations and are subject to strict policies and potential fees.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 121 days prior to sailing: $100/person
• 120 - 90 days: 20% of the total amount
• 89 - 60 days: 40% of the total amount
• 59 - 30 days: 55% of the total amount
• 29 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount

VISA REJECTION

Our agency is not responsible for any Visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Windstar Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
