  Sunday 29 December: Habarana & SigiriyaAM    After breakfast, checkout from hotel. Departure to hill capital “Habarana”.
  En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for Wild Asian Elephants located at Pinnawala village.
  Noon Lunch.
  PM     Climb to one of the most interesting sites in Sri Lanka for the sunset – the Sigiriya Rock fortress.

  Monday 30 December: Matale & KandyAM    After breakfast, checkout from hotel and departure to hill capital “Kandy” *Spice and Herbal Garden, established for over three decades, offers top-notch ayurvedic experiences. Thereafter continue to Kandy.

  Kandy is an example of the Buddhism’s influence in Sri Lanka today. Temple’s shrines and monasteries keeping alive Buddhist traditions are

  PM    Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya. This majestic botanical garden is 147 acres in extent and was started in 1374 as a pleasure
  garden of the Kings of Gampola and Kandy.
  Evening   Return to Hotel & Indulge in the New Year Eve Gala Dinner celebrations at the hotel.

  Wednesday 01 January: Ramboda & Nuwara EliyaAM   After breakfast, checkout from hotel & transfer to Nuwara Eliya, The Little England in Sri Lanka.
  En route, enjoy “Tea experience”, which involves a visit to a plantation to observe firsthand the process. A guided tour around a Tea Factory is an enlightening experience.
  Noon   Lunch.
  PM   Visit Ramboda Waterfalls is 109 m high situated in Pussellawa area on the A5 highway at Ramboda Pass.
  Evening Dinner and overnight at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

   

  Thursday 02 January: Nuwara Eliya & BentotaAM/PM   After breakfast, checkout from hotel then proceed to Bentota.
  En route visit St. Clair’s Falls, one of the widest waterfalls in Sri Lanka and commonly known as the “Little Niagara of Sri Lanka”. Lunch en route.
