MODIFICATION FEES

LAST MINUTE DEALS:

• Name change is not allowed; it will be considered as Cancellation with 100% Penalties.
• Cabin change from MY CRUISE or Last Minute Deals to All-inclusive MY DRINKS is not allowed; it will be considered Cancellation with Penalties applied.

CANCELLATION FEES

• Greater than 60 days prior to sailing: 150 EURO/person.
• 59 - 31 days: 25% of the total amount.
• 30 - 16 days: 55% of the total amount.
• 15 - 9 days: 80% of the total amount.
• 8 - 0 days: 100% of the total amount.

LAST MINUTE DEALS: NON-REFUNDABLE (100% Fees), regardless of the date of cancellation.

This Policy is not applicable and not valid on: Promotional Bookings, Group Bookings, Around the World Cruise and its Single Segments.

VISA REJECTION

• Our agency is not responsible for any visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Costa Cruises Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.

EXPECTANT WOMEN / CHILDREN & INFANT POLICY

• Expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.

IMPORTANT

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).

Bookings done prior to 60 days from departure date

• Down payment of 150 EURO per person required at the time of booking.
• Settlement is required 60 days prior to departure date.

Bookings done within 60 days from departure date

• Settlement of full amount (100%)
• LAST MINUTE DEALS: settlement of full amount (100%), regardless of the booking date.
