• SERVICE CHARGES
  
  Whether you have purchased a cruise with the Comfort Plus or the Basic rate, a fee will be charged to your account daily, which covers the onboard hotel services actually enjoyed. The charge will be settled daily as for the other expenses incurred. The pre-established daily amount is 11€ per person, with variations according to the currency on board.
  
  The amount indicated refers to the service fees for Guests over 15 years of age. For all cruises children under 4 do not pay, while children aged 4 to 14 will be charged half price.
  Rates are determined at the time of publication and may be subject to changes.

  • It should be noted that during some stopovers the disembarkation will be at anchor to allow the guests on excursion to go ashore

  
  
  Smoking ban

  • Costa Cruises makes every effort to ensure that the smoking ban is respected on its ships. Smoking – cigarettes, cigars and pipes – is not permitted in all public areas inside the ship, with the exception of areas marked as "Cigar Lounge". Electronic cigarettes can be used only and exclusively in the cabins and areas marked as "Cigar Lounge". In the outdoor public areas, smoking is only allowed in the designated areas equipped with ashtrays. Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the cabins but only outdoors on private balconies. In order to avoid the danger of fires, it is very important to always put out and throw cigarettes in the appropriate ashtrays and never throw them lit from the ship. We also point out that on board the Costa Mediterranea and Costa Victoria ships there are no internal public areas for smokers.

   

  Beverage Services

  • In the bars and restaurants on board, 15% will be added to the bills for the service.
